Founded in 2003, CV Properties LLC has acquired and developed more than 2.6 million square feet of office, residential, and mixed-use projects valued at approximately $1 billion. CV Properties’ signature projects include the Brown Brothers Harriman headquarters at 50 Post Office Square, State Street Bank’s consolidated operations at One Channel Center, and the Fraunhofer USA Center for Sustainable Energy at Five Channel Center.
Mr. Galvin, who founded CV Properties, has 30 years of experience in acquiring, developing, and managing commercial real estate throughout the United States. A native of Newport, RI, Mr. Galvin started his career at Trammell Crow Company in Boston, one of the largest real estate development companies in the world, and was involved in the development of over 2.5 million square feet of office and research & development space. He later helped found the Global Corporate Services business of Trammell Crow Company, one of the organization’s largest subsidiaries, and co-founded NeXcomm Capital Partners, which acquired and developed technology-related office buildings, including high-profile projects like the Dallas InfoMart, the Los Angeles InfoMart, and the historic renovation of the former United States Post Office building in downtown LA.
